Every morning we sit together in silence. Meditation is a state of no-mind, a state of pure consciousness with no content. When there is no traffic and thinking has ceased, no thought moves, no desire stirs, you are utterly silent, that silence is meditation and in that silence truth is known. There is no better way to start the day and share the spaciousness of the silent space. On Sundays we have a Satsang in which we listen to live music, sit in silence, listen to an OSHO discourse, sit in silence and listen to live music. Every one is welcome to join.
When: Monday – Saturday from 08:30 – 09:00. Sunday Satsang from 09:30 – 10:30.
For whom: Open to living-in students and people outside off DIMA, no need to book

In addition to and in support of silent meditation, we offer various active meditations. Active meditations were designed by OSHO with the intention to quiet our monkey minds from the disturbing thoughts of the day. In our modern world we are facing a lot of mental and emotional
stress but we don’t have the ability to physically let go of it. We first have to move, to come back into our bodies, back into the here and now. Only then are we able to sit in stillness and focus completely on the benefits of a silent meditation.
Types of active meditations: OSHO Dynamic, OSHO Kundalini, OSHO Heart, OSHO Latihan, OSHO Chakra Breathing, OSHO Gibberish
For whom: Open to living-in students and people outside off DIMA, able to be booked individually
Price: Free for living-in students, €10-20 (depending on duration) for people outside of DIMA
Vira loves to combine Yoga as a way to move into presence – no matter what age, body, fitness or shape you bring. She asks for sincerity in looking into postures, breath and movement but gives all the freedom so you can explore your inner connection without feeling pressure. Yoga is not about being in a Box. It is not about using a technic only. It is pure Presence where the Mind can get still. And it is really Fun too.
Several times a week Vira offers morning yoga classes. No better what to start the day than moving into presence through connecting to the body and breath.
