Charu and Kanika met in the mid ’90s at Osho Ko Hsuan boarding school in Devon, England. They kept in touch regularly over the years and decided to meet up in Mallorca for a week holiday in 2012. One afternoon at the beach, looking out at the ocean they began mapping out their shared dream of a community project on this beautiful island. Little did they know, (Charu living in Berlin and Kanika in Amsterdam at the time), that barely 3 years later they would be realising this dream.
Since the day they began their venture to create DIMA, it seemed the stars were rigged in such a way to make this a magical and supported journey. The project has, since 2015, attracted many friends and helping hands. With all this amazing support and love, DIMA has built a profound foundation for embarking on the next chapter of its life.
This change, ignited by a heart-felt calling, manifested by a new team of like-spirited people and evidently backed up and supported by the universe, DIMA’s residents step into the incredible adventure of becoming hosts of a mystery school.
OSHO
When we look at the world today, we see and experience a lot of polarity and fragmentation around and within us. We believe this is due to the disconnection from ourselves, and thereby from others as well as nature. This creates an immense amount of suffering.
We feel it is time to be the change we want to see in the world. And that this process starts with ourselves. We also believe that we cannot do this alone. We need guidance and support in order to do so. Our purpose is to support ourselves and others to be the truth of who they are. In this, we open up to something greater than ourselves and call in divine intelligence to guide us.
Our vision is to live in a world in which we live in true connection with ourselves, others and nature. A world in which we live in love and peace. We feel it is our mission to create a field in which we can safely unravel, heal and integrate the places in ourselves that are disconnected.
In order for us to create this safe field in which we can unravel, heal and integrate the disconnected parts of ourselves and live the truth of who we are, we live by the following five core values in DIMA.
Osho
DIMA’s team consist of a bunch of souls who all commit and dedicate their lives to supporting themselves and each other in being the truth of who they are.
Both the organisational team of the community center and the facilitators of the curriculum welcome everyone to share the journey of unlearning everything that is not real.
