The House And location

DIMA has found a home in a majestic 300 year-old traditional Mallorcan Finca. It is located in the heart of the island, towering a idyllic hillside, surrounded by forest and agricultural land overlooking a valley. The building is manor to 40 hectares of land growing olives, lemons, oranges, pomegranted, and figs, to name a few.

Conveniently situated at the geographical centre of the island, DIMA is easily accessible. Palma (The beautiful capitol of the island), are only a 25 minute drive away. The village of Saint Joan is less than 5 minutes away by car and Sinue, the next largest town, can be reached in 10 minutes.

The region of Saint Joan is a serene place that sees mainstream tourists making it the optimal location for rejuvenation and retreats.

Mallorca is a vibrant, beautiful, friendly island with wonderful weather. There is an astounding versatility in nature, with hidden jewels waiting to be discovered and a vast variety of recreational and cultural activities to enjoy.

The countryside is very inviting for hiking and bike rides all year round and in the summer, you can participate in all the water sports you can imagine. The city of Palma is rich in history and offers a wide variety of things to do and see, including the beautiful cathedral, Catedral Del Mar.

The island has a magical quality about it that has inspired artist such as Chopin and Jimi Hendrix as well as seekers from around the world, including the Dalai Lama who has commented on the healing energy of the land.
