DIMA’s team consists of a bunch of souls who all commit and dedicate their lives to supporting themselves and eachother in being the truth of who they are. Both the organisational team of the community center and the facilitators of the curriculum welcome everyone to share the journey of unlearning everything that is not real.

Walking the talk

With the transition of DIMA into a Mystery School in 2022, a team was naturally born. Initiated from a heart-felt purpose and vision, and backed up and supported by the energy in the field and the universe, we embarked into this adventure of being a mystery school with a core team of 8 people.
We have all committed for the whole year to be living in the mystery school. This means that we participate in both the school’s curriculum as well as in the household shifts of the community center. Every single one of us will be ‘doing the work’; from being a student in each wisdom cycle to cleaning toilets and cooking dinner. We are all unique human beings and bring a different flavour and gift to the field, yet we vow by treating everyone equally. We are all students of life.

Our hearts run wild for the quests of truth. We love and choose to live our lives with people who share this deep longing for truth, are willing to do the work and in doing open up to something greater than ourselves and call in the intelligence of the universe.

Living a mystery

What do we mean when we refer to mystery? How is it to live in a mystery school? Why did we all commit to this mystery?
Although a mystery literally means: ‘Something that is difficult or impossible to understand or explain’, we all gave it a try. Meet DIMA’s team below.

In my opinion the truly beautiful things in life do not sprout from control or security and expectation will eventually reap suffering. To me the mystery means to truly surrender to the unknown, to let go and take life's lessons as they come. To jump in the fire without fear or hesitation, because it will only burn what isn't real.

Becoming more aware, more free, more loving is what I always was looking for. The modern and ancient Toolbox we use here is big and its like watering a precious plant. It is such a unique experience to live in mystery school community where every single person is dedicated to going deeper within themselves, to unlearn all of the programs we have created as defence mechanisms, and to truly learn to listen to the language of the universe. It is like being in a pressure cooker. A high-speed vehicle for growth. It is both an enormous challenge and an enormous gift that leaves you feeling like a week is packed into a day, measured by the depth and versatility of experiences that one encounters during daily life in a community committed to internal development and external service. To me personally it is all about letting go of control, of learning how to trust and surrender. To be able to live life freely, spontaneously, openly. Without any expectations or should’s and could’s. I am learning to bow down and say yes to everything that is happening, whether I like it or not. I just love everything about Dima. Any of my stays at this incredibly beautiful place have been a full immersion experience. There, I have reached the deepest depth in silence and meditation followed by the most joyful times of dance and celebration. Gaining amazing insights & making leaps of personal growth.
