In these transformative times, where meaningful gatherings are crucial for personal and group development, join Munay and the Temple’s facilitators for this unique opportunity to delve into the language of energy and frequencies, empowering you to enhance your self-perception positively for personal development, healing, creating an impact, and influencing the world. This experience is also an occasion to experience the profound interconnectivity of being a part of a group, a collective weaving of co-creation of the Temple of the Essence. The ceremony is born from the participation of each group member as a place for observation, compassion, and self-responsibility, where the self meets its essence. This process focuses on transitioning from self-leadership to participating in a collective vision for people who are ready to embark on a new journey toward the essence of life.
This experience is supported by the CR4 method, teacher plants, and people and resources that help you prepare for and integrate the experience afterward.
General Info
The Temple of the Essence ceremony space holds up to 16 people. Munay guides this ceremony and moves the energies of the individuals and the collective to invite release from their cellular systems. The ceremony is accompanied by music to help facilitate the movement of these emotions and energies to support the CR4 method we work with in this co-creative space.

You will be asked to fast from 14.00 on the day of the ceremony.
On arrival you will have time to settle in before an introduction to the CR4 Method and being welcomed into the ceremony space by Munay.
The facilitators will lead the group through a grounding practice and meditation.
The next morning will be dedicated to a group breakfast/ brunch and sharing.
You will receive careful guidance on integration practices and opportunities for the coming weeks.
