Physical and emotional states can be altered by changing the breathing pattern

WHAT IT IS

Transformational Breath promotes physical, mental/emotional and spiritual well-being.

Using a combination of unique tools such as breathing analysis, proven gentle touch and sound healing, you will be guided to achieve a wave-like, full, circular breathing pattern. Once this pattern is established, a high frequency of electromagnetic vibration will be activated throughout your body/mind, allowing the magic of entrainment to take effect.

Breathing in a constant, flowing, open rhythm enables access to blocked areas of emotion - blockages that have been caused by suppressing the breath over many years to avoid negative feelings. By releasing these blockages, past emotional memories held in the body can surface and be fully integrated. Once integrated, our mind comes to a natural state of rest

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

This workshop is limited to 3 people so you can rest assured you will feel safe and taken care of.

Before we begin the breathing session I will read your breathing pattern. This will help set a crystal clear intention for you to take into the breathing session and into your life. It will also help me to guide you during the session. For example, depending on how you breathe, I may ask you to lie you on your back or sit in a more elevated position.

Using unique tools such as gentle touch along meridian lines, sound healing, affirmations and catharsis I will help guide you to inhale deep from the belly, breathe without gaps and exhale softly.

Just like how a baby breathes.

During this group breathing session you will have your own very individual experience and periods of emotional release are not uncommon. Transformational Breath works at a cellular level meaning you will not only feel fully recharged but also mentally quiet, emotionally lighter and more deeply connected to your heart and higher self.

ABOUT the facilitator

Shan Herron

He has immersed himself in self-development work for nearly 20 years. He lives at DIMA, where he holds monthly Transformational Breath workshops and individual sessions. He is also passionate about working with men and has facilitated man-only weekend retreats, supporting men to discover their true masculinity, to express themselves authentically and to not be afraid of vulnerability.
